IPR Affiliate Trevon Logan elected President of the National Economic Association

Trevon Logan, IPR Faculty affiliate and associate professor of economics, has been elected president of the National Economic Association.  He will serve as president-elect from January 1 to December 31, 2013 and then as president from January 1 to December 31, 2014. The National Economic Association (NEA) was founded in 1969 as the Caucus of Black Economists to promote the professional lives of minorities within the profession.  With his election, Logan will be the youngest president in the NEA’s history.
