You are invited to the Institute for Population Research early-career, NIH grant proposals seminar. The intended audience is assistant/associate professors and research scientists — other faculty are also welcome to attend if interested.

Kammi Schmeer, professor of sociology and associate director of the Institute for Population Research, will cover the basics of the NIH grant development process and various grant mechanisms, with a special focus on strategies for early career faculty. No prior experience or grant proposal ideas necessary.
