Sarah Schoppe-Sullivan named a Fellow of the National Council on Family Relations

Sarah Schoppe-Sullivan, professor of human sciences, has been named a Fellow of the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR). With a membership of more than 3,300 family researchers, practitioners and educators, the NCFR is the nation’s premier professional association for the multidisciplinary understanding of families. Schoppe-Sullivan was selected for her outstanding scholarly contributions and significant service to the field of family science. Her research examines family influences on young children's socioemotional development, specifically focusing on co-parenting relationships, the roles of fathers in the family system and the effects of children's characteristics and behavior on family relationships.
