IPR offers funding for faculty, students, postdocs, and staff to attend the Population Association of America annual meeting. Typical funding levels are $1000 for those on the program and $800 for those not presenting. Priority is given to active IPR affiliates (as measured by attendance at IPR events, involvement with IPRGSO, or engagement with population scholarship/research) and to first-time attendees.

The application process and timeline is usually announced in January. 

To apply for funding for PAA 2026, fill out the application form by March 6.
