This week we will explore dplyr and tidyverse packages — the two must-haves on R — to explore and prepare data in R. We will also discuss data manipulation, brief types of data in healthcare, and the importance of data types with survey (and other forms of) data.
At the end of the session: participants will leave with basic code to explore their data on R and have prepared basic descriptive tables.
