Dynamic documents are an efficient way to streamline your workflow from data analysis to writing results. The rmarkdown package (and ecosystem) is the most powerful tool for creating dynamic documents in the widest array of formats (e.g., PDF, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, HTML). During this session we will first walk through the steps for installing and setting up rmarkdown on your computer. Next, we will walk through several examples demonstrating how to embed tables and figures into your document.
The R Working Group is planning several sessions this semester, which will be held biweekly on Fridays at 11am in the IPR Conference Room (Townshend 038) with a Zoom option.
