The Institute for Population Research Graduate Student Organization (IPRGSO) is excited to announce their next event. IPRGSO is a graduate student-led organization that hosts events to strengthen connections among IPR students.
In this session, our speaker will share practical insights on publishing in (interdisciplinary) academic journals with the assistance of AI tools. Topics will include designing an efficient workflow, identifying journal fit, navigating reviewer comments, and automating code and figure preparation.

- Dr. Yoonyoung Choi, Assistant Professor of Sociology, University of Arizona
Dr. Choi is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Arizona and an Ohio State IPR alumna. Her research centers on health disparities; social determinants of mortality; and the intersection of family, gender, and immigration.
