Are you mostly using qualitative methods in your research and think that you do not have a space in population research? Are you curious to explore how qualitative research fits in to populations studies? IPRGSO (the IPR graduate student organization) and SOCPOP (sociology working group on population) invite you to this panel event on "Qualitative Demography" hosting IPR affiliates Anna Church (PhD student, Sociology), Erin Moore (Assistant Professor, Anthropology), and Tasleem J. Padamsee (Associate Professor, Health Services Management and Policy). Drawing from their experience as qualitative researchers across different departments and career stages, the three panelists will provide a rich perspective on how qualitative methods fit population research. Come on March 18 at 12:30 to IPR 038 to explore more about what is the place of qualitative methods in demography!
