AEDECON 6400: Regional and International Development
This course is a master-level course that introduces students to key topics of regional and international development. The course starts with the examination of the profound disparity of development among countries and regions introducing. Then, we delve into the historical, political, cultural, and geographical drivers of the widespread growth inequality. The latter College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics segment of the course focuses on critical challenges impeding economic growth and evaluates the policies aimed at tackling these obstacles.
