  • Research Interests: Dr.Warren is interested in the way in which individuals interact in social work settings. Such interactions are important to social workers both because of the increasing role that group interventions play in all areas of social work and because social workers often practice in settings such as schools that by their nature bring groups of people together.

  • Current Research: Dr. Warren has been particularly interested in peer contagion in aggressive behavior in schools, the role of peer interactions in group interventions with school children, and the role of peer interactions in maintaining cooperation and mutual aid in residential and group treatment for substance abuse.
