  • Research Interests: Dr. Dwyer studies the spatial dynamics of inequality, including residential segregation and housing disparities.  One of her current projects examines the effect of neighborhood inequality on children's health and well being.


  • Current Research: contemporary patterns of suburban development, the relationship between residential segregation and metropolitan growth, the spatial segregation of the affluent, and the quality and determinants of employment growth
