Jill Morris is IPR's Senior Grants Specialist with 15 years experience in pre and post award. She happily joined the Institute for Population Research in November 2010. Jill is responsible for all things grant related.  She will gladly help IPR affiliates with pre award/post award matters such as: finding funding, budgets, Cayuse, submission issues, expense management, IRBs or in any other way that she is able to help.  Jill is the IPR contact for our seed grant program.
